Each year our Newcomer members have the opportunity to attend several social events. One or more of the following events may appear on the Club schedule each year for the enjoyment of everyone who wishes to participate.

FALL KICKOFF AND PRESIDENT'S RECEPTION

The Fall Kickoff is the first gathering of the season and when the new LJNC Board is introduced to the membership of the Club. This activity may be anything from a formal reception dinner to a barbecue in a park

HOLIDAY PARTY

Holiday Party is the time to celebrate the season with old and new friends.

SPRING RENEWAL PARTY

Spring Renewal Party is a festive event held in May or June to welcome new officers and renew memberships.

ONE TIME ACTIVITIES

One Time Activities may include such events as an evening on the Hornblower with music and dancing, a chili cook-off, international food cook-off, a bowling day, a theater outing, a garden tour or a day at a sporting event.
